Fergus Style Tobago Hotel

This summer has been of my favourites. Not only did I get to visit Portugal in the beginning of June (I have vlogged a few parts of that trip on my Youtube channel if you want to have a look) and got to see my family in Greece in July, I also managed to fit a little trip with Fergus Hotels to Mallorca! Even though the later was a work trip, It was definitely the one I relaxed the most and I have the amenities of the hotel to thank for that.

The Hotel

The Fergus Style Tobago Hotel is located in Magaluf, one of the busiest holiday destinations in Europe, on Mallorca’s East Coast. The hotel recently got a 5* star renovation and completely changed the way it once was. I am talking infinity pool on the Sky Bar, private sunbathing terraces and exquisite gastronomy are all new additions, ready to make your holiday one to remember. Being a big interior design fan, I particularly really liked the new clean, modern design of the revamped hotel which fits great with the Meditteranean atmosphere but it is also perfect for photos (and did my job a lot easier).

Facilities

Hotel facilities are very important when you spend a ton of money on your summer holiday. We only get one good holiday a year so why compromise on anything less than the best? On my trip to Fergus Style Tobago, I was given the all-inclusive stay where I got to enjoy everything on the premises of the hotel without having to worry about the cost (now talk about a HOLIDAY).

The hotel has two restaurants, a buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and an A La Carte restaurant which is only open for dinner. The buffet options change from lunch to dinner and even from day to day which I loved because I got to try so many different foods! (don’t miss on the paella and the tepanyaki section where the chef will cook you your option of meat/fish). But if you also get hungry throughout the day, you can always nibble on snacks from the Pool Bar or the Bar at the reception and why shouldn’t you..? it’s your vacations after all!

Drinks are also included in the full board price and are available from the Pool or Lobby Bar till 11 pm every night. If you are feeling fancy, don’t forget to stop by the Sky Bar’s infinity pool on the 8th floor of the hotel with panoramic views of the beach and the most gorgeous sunset you will see in Magaluf! The drinks at the Sky Bar are not free but residents of the hotel have a 20% off their bill and it’s a lot less busy than the main pool which is ideal.

Rooms

The Fergus Style Tobago has 261 rooms that are divided into three categories; Double rooms, Suites and Master Suites. All of the rooms are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer (powerful enough so no need to bring your own, save the space for more clothes) an LCD TV and the comfiest beds you have ever been on! That is not an overstatement, both I and my +1 had the most comfortable lay-ins and the fact that they have body pillows make the sleep even more enjoyable. The Suites also have their own private terrace with a jacuzzi and a Balinese bed for that perfect holiday tan. What a dream!

Overall

I can’t fault Fergus Style Tobago anywhere, it is the perfect holiday hotel in Magaluf! The amenities are superb and not outdated like many other hotels in the area, the staff is very friendly (you even check-in with a glass of prosseco!) and you are only a few meters walk from San Matias Beach and 200 meters from the famous Magaluf Bay. Happy Summer friends! xx
